NOTE: The Hamilton County Commission is testing a temporary, trial run of 4pm meetings for the months of November and December. This is a significant change towards more accessible meeting times from their previous 9am meetings. If there is not a large increase in public participation, the Commission will go back to their previous 9:30 am meeting times.
The Hamilton County Commission meets every Wednesday on the fourth floor of the County Courthouse. Meetings alternate between Agenda Sessions and Regular Meetings.
Agenda Sessions occur on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules) and are NOT voting sessions. Agenda Sessions are used to review and discuss upcoming items that will be voted on at the next Regular Meeting.
Regular Meetings are voting sessions, held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules). These meetings are used to conduct formal votes and official business.
Members of the public may address the Commission at the microphone without registering ahead of time.
