Chattanooga City Council
Chattanooga City Council meets every Tuesday afternoon starting at 3:30pm followed by a regular meeting after the business meeting in the City Council Building.
At the end of each Council business meeting, members of the public may address the Council regarding matters within the authority of the Council. Each speaker shall be recognized only at the microphone and has a maximum of three minutes to speak. Speakers do not need to register ahead of time.

Hamilton County School Board
The Hamilton County School Board typically meets every third Thursday of the month (October and March are exceptions, as the board will meet on the second Thursday of these months).
Work Sessions will begin at 4:30 p.m. with the Board Meeting to follow the conclusion of the Work Session or at 6:00 p.m., whichever is later. Email mccallie_s@hcde.org to sign up to speak.

Democracy In Action
Join Democracy In Action on Thursday, Sep 25, from 5:00-6:30 p.m. for our next rush-hour protest as we take to the streets in support of our First Amendment rights! We’ll meet at the corner of corner of Brainerd Rd and Germantown Rd. Signs should be in support of freedom of speech.

Hamilton County Commission
The Hamilton County Commission meets every Wednesday morning on the fourth floor of the County Courthouse. Meetings alternate between Agenda Sessions and Regular Meetings.
Agenda Sessions occur on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules) and are NOT voting sessions. Agenda Sessions are used to review and discuss upcoming items that will be voted on at the next Regular Meeting.
Regular Meetings are voting sessions, held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month (or as otherwise designated by Commission Rules). These meetings are used to conduct formal votes and official business.
Members of the public may address the Commission at the microphone without registering ahead of time.
